Teresa Waitzman-Bannister, Ph.D., Joins VMD as Vice President of Proposal Development and Quality Assurance

Vienna, VA — VMD Systems Integrators, Inc. (VMD) is pleased to announce that Teresa (Terry) Waitzman-Bannister, Ph.D., has been appointed Vice President of Proposal Development and Quality Assurance. Dr. Bannister brings over 20 years experience in the information technology industry with a background in proposal development involving software development, systems engineering, business process reengineering, telecommunications, training, and program management. Her extensive experience with small businesses, especially with 8(a)'s, will assist VMD with our growth in the Federal marketplace.
